Just seeing that you’re looking at the sixties routes - it might be worth including my recollection of the 29/29B. This is that for the entire lifetime of the 29B - the entire joint PB Mon-Fri allocation on the 29/29B displayed the route number 29B - even for the South Mimms and Borehamwood journeys. This was presumably to avoid breaking the taboo about changing route numbers on the road.
