WOODFORD BRIDGE - WALTHAMSTOW Coppermill Lane
Route W12 will be restructured to run between Walthamstow, Coppermill Lane and Woodford Bridge.
There will be no change to the route between Coppermill Lane and Walthamstow Central after which the W12 will be rerouted via Church Hill, Prospect Hill, Shernhall Street, Lea Bridge Road and Whipps Cross Bus Interchange to the grounds of Whipps Cross Hospital.
From Whipps Cross Hospital the W12 will follow the current W19 route James Lane, Fairlop Road and Leytonstone Station to Leytonstone, Green Man Roundabout. From Leytonstone, Green Man Roundabout will then follow the current W14 route via Wanstead Station & High Street, Snaresbrook Station, Woodford Road, South Woodford Station, Charlie Brown's Roundabout, St Barnabas Road, Broadmead Road and Chigwell Road to Woodford Bridge.

The W12 drivers changeover on Selborne Road - adjacent to the bus station - either side of the Road.
Up until a year or so ago - the changeover was Wanstead - Woodbine Place during the day - and evening breaks were taken at the garage - with buses being run in and out - clearly inefficient. Incidentally - a change to the garage run-in at HK and AE - was effected from 30/9 - whereby all CT and Arriva buses - from 1800-2359 enter the depot from Sheep Lane - ie the back door - and not via Ash Grove. This is to alleviate congestion.?
