The first change over point was at Kew Bridge - the second was outside Stamford Brook Garage both for meal breaks at Stamford Brook. If you came off at Kew Bridge for your meal break towards Richmond you had to travel back to Stamford Brook - when starting a duty you had check your duty card before getting on the 237 for your change over point - there was one change over done in the evening peak at Hammersmith when finishing and travel back on the tube.
All late turn meal breaks plus Sundays were done at Archway Station - but later changed to HT garage due to a Hounslow driver being mugged and his money taken.
